The enterprise or the self-employed, which is recorded in the Serious Illegal Enterprises List, the imformation of its legal person,director, supervisor and senior executive will be taken into the Credit Supervison System. Their qualifications will be restricted, they could not hold the post of senior executive of the other commercial subjects for 3 years.
