The Municipal Industrial and Commercial Bureau has carried out the reform of company name registration in this year. Under the reform, company names, which are not listed in the national economy industry but can reflect the features of the industry or your firm are also available.
That means your company could be named such as “Cross-Border E-Commerce”, “Bonded Exhibition”, “Entrepot Trade”, “Service Trade”, “Incubator”, “Makerspace”, “Maker” etc.
E.g: “GUANGZHOU HAOXILI Maker Co., Ltd”, belongs to business and service industry.
Abbreviate the Company Name
If you set up a foreign business with a starting capital of more than ¥50,000,000, then your company will be named as “Guangzhou XXX Co., Ltd”, in Chinese “广州XXX有限公司”, which is the abbreviated name without detailed industrial expressions.
