Foreigner( Including Hong Kong and Macao) cancel more than one year of the live and working certificate in Guangzhou for house-purchase. Now providing the working certificate and business license then you can purchase a house in Guangzhou!
Huangpu, Haizhu, Tianhe, development district and Zhujiang New town on the first list.
For Huangpu, Haizhu, Tianhe,and development district.
1. Your own original passport in validity and original passport translation in validity.
2. The original working/ study certificate.
3. Copy of employment company licence/ school licence/ organization code certificate, and the official seal must be affixed.
For Zhujiang New Town,
it is one more clause.
1. Your own original passport in validity and original passport translation in validity.
2. The original working/ study certificate
3. The type of Chinese Visa must be in accord with the details of work/ study.
4. Copy of employment company licence/ school licence/ organization code certificate, and the official seal must be affixed.

Baiyun, Liwan, Zengcheng, Nansha and Panyu district are still needed more than one year of the live and working certificate to purchase house. However, the restriction may be relieved in the future.

公安部門出具批準在廣州居留證明原件,並注明因工作/學習需要
須加蓋戶籍專用章)

1、本人有效期內港澳台身份證原件、往來內地通行證原件
2、本市1年以上工作/學習證明原件
3、在職公司/學校的營業執照/機構代碼證複印件並加蓋公章

1、本人有效期內港澳台身份證原件、往來內地通行證原件
