Introduction
Linyi is a the largest prefecture-level city in Shandong Province, China, both by area and population. Located in the southeast of Shandong province, and borders province of Jiangsu to the south. Linyi literally means “close to the Yi River.”

By train: You need to go to the capital of Shangdong Province, Jinan first. From Jinan to Linyi. Ticket: 50, about 4 hours.
By airplane: From Shanghai to Linyi Shubuling International Airport, about one and a half hour.
From Guangzhou to Linyi Shubuling International Airport, about two and a half hour.
The Current Condition
The production value of the wood-based panel industry in Linyi totaled 130 billion yuan in 2017. The wood-based panel industry has become one of the pillar industry to Linyi as wholesale else.

There are 19 wood-based panel enterprises' annual output value over 500 million and countless small factory or workshop, which occupied 50.6% output of wood-based panel of the whole province, or 12.3% of the whole country. What's more, 40% export volume of wood-based panel of China are from Linyi.

In 2011, China National Forest Products Industry Association named The Capital of Wood-Based Panel in China to Linyi, which won it by getting better of other three main wood-based panel industry bases.
