Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation issued a series of recall notice since January 29,2019. the amount of recalled cars is up to 420545, referring to various brands. Let’s have a look!
TOYOTA
In recent days, Toyota Motor (China) investment co., LTD decide to recall part of imported Lexus IS 250C and GX 400, manufactured from Jan 6, 2014, to Feb 13,2017,4682 in total. As follows:
One imported Lexus IS 250C manufactured on Jan 15, 2014；
Part of imported Lexus GX 400, manufactured from Jan 6, 2014, to Feb 13, 2017, 4681 in total.
TOYOTA in TJFAW
The company recalls Corolla, manufactured from Jan 6,204 to Apr 29,2014, 35635 in total; and Corolla EX, manufacture from Jan 6, 2014, to Feb 20, 2017, 151155 in total.
The passenger airbag of some vehicles within the scope of this recall was equipped with an ammonium nitrate gas generator without a desiccant produced by Takada. When the airbag is deployed, the gas generator may be abnormally damaged, causing the debris to fly out, injuring the inside of the vehicle.
CHANGAN FORD
The company recalls part of MONDEO, manufacture from Oct 16, 2018, to Oct 26, 2018, 327 in total.
Due to the fact that some batches of body varnish or glass glue do not meet Ford's bonding requirements, cause the glass may loosen or fall off.
Porsche(China)
The company recalls part of imported 2018 Panamera 4E-Hybrid, Panamera 4E-Hybrid Sports Turismo, manufacture from Sep 25, 2018, to Oct 11, 2018, 65 in total.
Due to the temporary production of the supplier, the brake pipe between the brake system hydraulic unit and the master cylinder may be corroded. Corrosion particles may cause the filter of the hydraulic unit to block, which may affect the braking performance of the vehicle in extreme cases.
Volkswagen(China)
Part of imported 2019 Aventador S Coupe serial cars, manufactured from Jun 10, 2017, to Apr 5, 2018, 32 in total;
Part of imported 2019 Aventador S Coupe serial cars, manufactured from Jan 16, 2018, to Apr 16, 2018, 16 in total.
Due to the fact of misfit of the fuel tank.
SAIC
The company recalls part of ROEWE RX5, manufactured from Jul 20, 2018, to Aug 31, 2018, 10570 in total.
The reason is qualities control in the manufacturing process, mixing the false material that misfits the drawing requirement of Rear brake caliper bracket.
Mazda
Mazda recalls part of imported MX-5 cars, manufactured from Mar 20, 2018, to Mar 27, 2018,500 in total.
Because the clutch control program of the automatic transmission control module is not perfect, when the gear position signal is disturbed in the D (including manual mode) driving state, the clutch may appear to work outside the design intention, resulting in an instantaneous deceleration of the vehicle. In some cases, it may affect the driving stability of the vehicle.
FAW Volkswagen
The recall cars are part of imported 2014 Audi Hybrid, manufactured from Jul 2, 2014, to Sep 17, 2014, 13 in total.
Some vehicles in this recall range, because the plug of the air-conditioning auxiliary heating element in the production process is not fully inserted and fastened, the contact between the plug and the socket does not completely form an excessive resistance, causing the plug to overheat, which may cause ablation or fire.
