In bid to help enterprises reduce costs and increase benefits, the Guangdong government once again increased subsidies to enterprises this year. As long as the enterprise meets the basic requirements, it can apply for subsidies, with a success rate of 99.99%! Here are four subsidies that you can get access to.

01

 One-time subsidy for start-ups
It is a one-time subsidy with 10,000 yuan per person. Subsidy objects must match both two conditions as follows:
1️⃣The legal representative or main person in charge of the start-up enterprise (female no more than 55 years old, male no more than 60 years old) matches one of the following conditions.
★ College studentswithin five years of graduation
★ military-transferred cadres and retired soldiers
★Registered unemployed individuals, individuals with difficulty in finding jobs, individuals with poverty registration
★ Returnees to hometown for startups
★ Individuals who founded inns, homestays, and farmhouses
Attention
The start-up subsidized must be a small and micro enterprise, individual business or non-governmental nonprofit unit, specialized farmers’ cooperative, or family farm, etc. that has been registered in Guangdong Province within 3 years.
2️⃣ A start-up has not been listed in the "List of Abnormal Business Operations" and has been in normal operation for more than 6 months, with normal taxation records. What’s more, there must be at least one on-the-job employee that has paid social security fees for 3 consecutive months.
Time for application: from 1 to 20 of January, March, May, July, September, and November

 Subsidy for rent
In order to help reducing the operating cost, the government provides small and micro enterprises with subsidies for rent and stipulates that they can apply for a subsidy of 6,000 yuan per person for each consecutive year of rent, at most three years.
Subsidy objects must match the following two conditions:
1️⃣The legal representative or main person in charge of the start-up enterprise (female no more than 55 years old, male no more than 60 years old) matches one of the following conditions.

The requirements are basically the same as the one-time subsidy for start-ups, but there is one more thing, that is, the rental premise is supposed to be consistent with the place of incorporation, and the premise is not the legal representative or self-employed business owner's own property. Enterprises are required to submit the lease contract and rental invoice when applying.
Time for application: from 1 to 20 of January, March, May, July, September, and November

 Subsidy for employment
The government has made it clear that it will give certain subsidies to small and micro enterprises to recruit employees.Enterprises that recruit less than 3 people will be given a subsidy of 2,000 yuan per person, and 3,000 yuan for each additional person for those who recruit more than 4 people! It can be applied for up to 30,000 yuan totally!

As long as your company signs a labor contract with an employee for a term of more than one year, and purchases social insurance for the employee for 6 consecutive months from the month of application, qualification exists! However, it is worth noting that companies whose shareholders are all corporate shareholders and labor dispatching companies are excepted.
Attention
● Within 12 months after applying, different enterprises that employ the same employee cannot apply again.
● If there are multiple start-ups under the name of the same legal representative, only one of them can claim the application.
●Legal representatives or self-employed people are excepted from the scope of subsidies.
Time for application: from 1 to 20 of January, March, May, July, September, and November

 Subsidy for recruiting college graduates on social insurance
The subsidy is totally available for you if your company is a small and micro enterprise with a total asset less than 50 million, less than 300 employees and the annual profit less than 3 million, and has recruited full-time college graduates within 2 years of graduation and have purchased social insurance as required. 

If the application is approved, premiums of the basic endowment insurance, unemployment insurance, work-related injury insurance, maternity insurance and medical insurance that actually paid by the employer each month for eligible employees will be fully subsidized. And the same employee can be subsidized for a maximum of 2 years accumulatively.
Attention
The first application is supposed be submitted within one year from the date of signing the labor contract.
Time for application: before the last day of January, April, July and October
In general, for a small and micro enterprise, a large amount of subsidies are available, which will help your company to make better capital turnover. March and April are when the government accepts applications for subsides. It is better for you to act now. The earlier you make the application, the earlier you get the subsides!
