导读：香港将由当地时间5月1日起容许过去14天曾在海外地区逗留的非香港居民，按与香港居民相同的登机、检疫及检测安排来港。

香港特区政府政府因全球疫情蔓延，自2020年3月25日起禁止曾在不同海外地区逗留的非香港居民入境香港，以限制从海外地区抵港人流。

Due to the spread of the global epidemic, the government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region has banned non-Hong Kong residents who have stayed overseas from entering Hong Kong since March 25, 2020, in a bid to limit the amount of people arriving in Hong Kong.

4月22日，香港新闻公报发布消息称，因应疫情最新发展，并考虑到近期抵港人流和相应的输入个案数字、香港应对疫情能力，以及整体社会经济需要，香港将由当地时间5月1日起容许过去14天曾在海外地区逗留的非香港居民，按与香港居民相同的登机、检疫及检测安排来港。

On April 22, the Hong Kong Press Releases announced that in view of the latest development of the epidemic and considering the recent number of inbound passengers and the corresponding number of imported cases, Hong Kong’s capacity in tackling the local epidemic, non-Hong Kong residents who have stayed overseas in the past 14 days will be allowed to enter Hong Kong under the same requirements of boarding, quarantine and testing as Hong Kong residents from May 1. 

如曾逗留任何中国以外地区，已完成疫苗接种并持认可疫苗接种记录的人员方可登机来港，且需要遵守以下防疫要求。

For persons who have stayed in any place outside China, only those who have been Fully vaccinated and hold a recognized vaccination record may board flights for Hong Kong. Those entering must comply with the following epidemic prevention requirements. 

这一举措的目标是在坚持“外防输入”策略及继续严谨检疫措施的前提下，在风险可控的范围内，尽可能减轻到港人士在预订行程包括航班和指定检疫酒店的不确定性，以及理顺到港后检测及检疫的流程，从而回应须回港香港居民和相关业界的强烈诉求。

This measure is aimed at reducing as much as possible the uncertainty of arrivals in Hong Kong when planning itineraries, including booking flights and designated quarantine hotels, on the premise of adhering to the " Preventing the Coronavirus from Entering" strategy and continuing strict quarantine measures. Responding to the strong demands of those who need to return to Hong Kong, it also makes efforts to rationalize the process of testing and quarantine upon arrival in Hong Kong.
