在7月15日举行的外交部例行记者会上，记者就印度留学生赴华签证、中印直航等问题询问了中国外交部。印度方面也已向中方提交了希望返华复学的印度留学生名单。

At the regular press conference of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs held on July 15, a reporter asked the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs about visas for Indian students to China and direct flights between China and India. The Indian side has also submitted to China the list of Indian students who wish to return to China.

外交部发言人汪文斌回应称，印度留学生返华工作近日已有积极进展。双方主管部门将继续保持密切沟通，争取首批印度留学生早日返华复课。

Wang Wenbin, the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, responded that the work of Indian students returning to China has made positive progress recently. The competent authorities of both sides will continue to maintain close communication and strive for the early return of the first batch of Indian students to China.

另外，希望印方同中方相向而行，推动中印尽快复航，保障两国人员安全有序往来。

据媒体报道，各国驻华外交使团都在全力推进留学生返华进程。目前留学生回国仍处于小规模试验阶段。 只有在国内疫情放缓的情况下，才会实施大规模开放。

As media reported, foreign diplomatic missions in China are making every effort to speed up the process of the return of international students to China. Currently it is still in a small-scale trial model. Large-scale opening up will only be implemented when the domestic epidemic slows down.

中国不仅在尽力寻找方法让外国学生早日返华复课，更是高度重视外国学生在华的就业问题。

China is not only longing to find a way for foreign students to resume classes in China asap, but also attaches great importance to the employment of foreign students in China.

只要外籍留学生在中国境内高校取得了硕士及以上学位，且毕业未满一年，则无需提供毕业后两年的工作经历证明也可以申请外国人来华就业许可！

As long as you are a foreign student have obtained a master's degree or above in Chinese universities within one year, you are allowed to apply for a foreigner's work permit in China without providing proof of 2- year work experience after graduation!

但！若想成功申请到来华就业许可，除了硕士及以上学位之外，还需要满足以下条件：

1、年满18岁且身体健康；

At least 18 years old and in good health.

2、无犯罪记录；

No criminal record.

3、学习成绩优秀，平均成绩不低于80分或B+/B以上，且在校期间无任何不良行为记录；

Excellent academic performance, with an average score of not less than 80 points or better than B+/B, and no record of bad behavior during school.

4、取得相应的学历和学位；

Obtain corresponding degrees.

5、有确定的聘用单位，从事工作岗位与所学专业对口；

Have been employed to a job position corresponds to the major that have studied.

6、持有有效护照或能代替护照的其他国际旅行证件。

Holding a valid passport or other international travel documents.

你的学生签证还有多久过期？记得不要忘了要及时将学生签证转为工作签证，不然很有可能会被罚款，甚至是驱逐出境。

When will your student visa expires? Remember not to forget to convert your student visa to a work visa in time, otherwise you may be fined or even deported.
