Is it something related to the HK company I registered?" 其实，香港公司注册完成后，公司会收到一个装着香港公司全套文件的盒子，侧边标明香港公司名称，因其外包装为绿色，所以也叫做“绿盒”。Actually, after the registration of a HK company is completed, a box will be sent to the address of secretary, containing a full set of documents, with the name of the company marked on the side. Because its outer package is green, it is also called a "Green Box". 绿盒的文件包括注册证书、商业登记证、公司三章（长形章、小圆章、钢印）、公司章程、法团成立表格、股票本、董事会议记录册。The documents in the Green Box include the Certificate of Incorporation, Business Registration Certificate, three seals (rectangular seal, round seal and dry seal), the Articles of Association, Incorporation Form, the stock book and the statutory book. 01注册证书（CI）Certificate of Incorporation 注册证书是一张白色的A4纸，上面用繁体字标有“公司注册证书”字样并附有公司编号，长期有效(撤销除外) ，类似于内地公司的营业执照。The Certificate of Incorporation is a white A4 paper, which is marked with the words "公司注册證書（Certificate of Incorporation）" in traditional Chinese and attached with the company number. It is long-term valid (except for cancellation) and is equal to the business license of a mainland company. 02商业登记证（BR）Business Registration Certificate 商业登记证的作用等同于内地公司的税务登记证，标记着公司的税务编码，可用于申请纳税、减税、免税、退税、银行开户、公司年审等，在香港公司日常经营活动中也经常用到，如合同签订、业务办理等。The Business Registration Certificate, marked the company's tax code, is equivalent to the tax registration certificate of mainland companies. It can be used to apply for tax payment, tax reduction, tax exemption, tax refund, as well as bank account opening and company annual review. It is also frequently used in the daily business activities of a HK company, like contract signing. 这一文件有效期为一年或者三年，到期需要更换。This document is valid for one or three years and needs to be replaced when it expires. 03公司三章 Three seals of the company 商业登记证的作用等同于内地公司的税务登记证，标记着公司的税务编码，可用于申请纳税、减税、免税、退税、银行开户、公司年审等，在香港公司日常经营活动中也经常用到，如合同签订、业务办理等。1、长条章 Rectangular Seal长条章图形为长方形，上排刻香港公司中英文名称，下排刻受权人签字横线，且颜色多为蓝色或紫色，少有红色。This seal is rectangular, with the Chinese and English name of the company engraved on the upper row and the signature line of the authorized person engraved on the lower row, and the color is mostly blue or purple, sometimes red. 可以用于签订合同，办理公司的一般银行业务（支票、汇款单、取款单、转帐单），但长条章并且必须配合受权人的签字，否则盖章文件无任何法律效力。It can be used to sign contracts and handle the company's general banking business (cheques, money orders, withdrawal orders, transfer orders), but the rectangular seal must be accompanied by the signature of the authorized person, otherwise the sealed documents have no legal effect. 2、小圆章 Round Seal小圆章采取双边加内圈的圆形图案，外圈为公司英文名称和“*”符号，颜色为紫色或蓝色。The round seal adopts a circular pattern with circles. It is mainly used when there is change in registered capital, name, shareholders, or when the company is going public. 05法团成立表格（NNC1）Incorporation Form 公司注册成功即会生成法团成立表格，载明该香港公司的中英文名称、董事股东基本信息、注册资本、每位股东所占股份、法定秘书信息等。Upon the successful registration of a HK company, a NNC1 Form will be issued, on which indicate the Chinese and English names of the company, the basic information of the directors and shareholders, the registered capital, the shares held by each shareholder, and the information of the legal secretary. 在开立香港公司账户时，银行通常会要求提供该文件。When opening a company bank account, the bank usually requests this document. 06股票本 the Stock Book 转让或买卖公司股份的证明文书。 It is the certificate for transferring or buying or selling the company's shares. 07会议记录册 the Statutory Book 用于记录公司的任何变动，如董事变更，股份变更等。It is used to record any changes in the company, such as changes in directors, changes in shares, etc.
