导读：如何经由香港、澳门入境内地？

目前，中国内地对于入境人员实行“5+3”政策，即5天集中隔离和3天居家隔离；此外，还取消了入境航班熔断机制；将登机前48小时内2次核酸阴性证明，调整为登机前48小时内1次核酸检测阴性证明。

入境澳门只需72小时核酸证明

Only a 72-hour COVID negative result will be required to enter Macao.

12月19日，澳门最新公布，从20日零时起调整入境人士的防疫措施，即由中国内地直接来澳门，或由香港特别行政区、台湾地区及外国来澳门人士，于登机、登船或登车时，须持采样日后72小时内核酸检测阴性证明，不再要求48小时。

On December 19, Macao announced that the epidemic prevention measures for inbound travelers will be adjusted from 0:00 on the 20th, that is, people coming directly from the mainland of China to Macao, or from Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan and foreign countries to Macao, should hold a COVID negative result within 72 hours after the sampling time when boarding, instead of a 48-hour.

其他防疫措施要求保持不变，由香港、台湾地区和外国入境澳门的旅行者，不需要集中隔离，只需5天居家隔离及3天离境限制（简称“优化5+3”措施）。

Other measures remain unchanged. Travelers from Hong Kong, Taiwan and foreign countries entering Macao need no centralized isolation, but only need 5 days of home isolation and 3 days of departure restriction.

入境澳门后，直至入境翌日起计第9天零时前不能经澳门前往内地；在澳门完成隔离后，可直接回内地，不再需要隔离。

Travelers are not allowed to go to the mainland until 0:00 on the 9th day after entering Macao; But after isolation in Macao, they will not be isolated again in mainland.

香港可直接中转至内地

Direct transit via Hong Kong to the mainland.

此前，经由香港是不能直接中转回内地的，必须在当地停留至少3天。

Previously, it was not allowed to directly transit to the mainland via Hong Kong, and travelers had to stay there for at least 3 days.

但目前香港的入境政策已经放宽至“0+0”，即不需要隔离，并且取消了“黄码”。 入境时只有确诊才会获红码，只要入境落地检测结果为阴性，将获“蓝码”，可自由出入食肆等公共场所。

旅客前往内地及澳门，持有登机或陆路离境前48小时内的一次核酸检测阴性结果证明即可，可实现当天转机。

但自香港入境内地后，还需按照内地的政策进行5天集中隔离和3天居家隔离。

但据港媒报道，最快下个月就有望喜提“0+3”！即从香港入境内地只需要3天居家健康监测，再无强制集中隔离。

内地有可能实行“2+3”政策？

福建省漳州市于14日发布通知，当中要求将对接触境外或高风险地区船舶和人员的渔船民，按照海外入境人员来进行管控。

Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, posted a guideline on the 14th, which requires that fishermen who have contacts with ships and personnel from overseas or high-risk areas will be controlled as same as overseas entry personnel.

自12月19日起，采取“2天集中隔离+3天居家隔离”；自2023年1月9日起，采取“3天居家隔离”。

The guideline said, since December 19, "centralized isolation for 2 days and home isolation for 3 days" will be required; From January 9, 2023, "3-day home isolation" will be required.

漳州此次新规，是中国地方首度披露缩短入境隔离时间，引起了不少关注。

但 “2+3”及“0+3”的实施时间表是否适用于所有海外入境人员？相关人士表示：“国家还没有正式公布，对境外回国，包括港澳台回来的是有在研究，但还没正式下发文件。”
