最近，陆续有网友表示遭到了账户冻结，出现了微信提现失败、支付宝无法转账的情况，尤其在深圳地区。实际上，深圳各银行从今年5月份开始就陆陆续续冻结/限制银行卡。而全国各地各个银行也都在陆陆续续开始排查工作，出现了大量的“冻卡潮”，影响范围甚广。

为什么冻卡潮频繁发生在这些地区？其实，珠三角很多地区的外贸模式与义乌并无不同，外贸出口商（工厂、档口、SOHO、外贸公司）在收取货款时都是以人民币结算为主。
