2014年成立时，瀚客还只是一家专注于为外贸型企业提供商务咨询服务的单一化公司。
后来，随着瀚客国际货运代理以及瀚客贸易两家子公司的先后设立，瀚客规模不断壮大。
迄今为止，瀚客员工数量已超百人，服务着超过5000多家外贸企业，真正发展成为一家囊括税务筹划、工商服务、财务咨询、国际物流、知识产权、外贸综合服务、法律咨询等服务的多元化公司。

1、成立初期与现在相比，您认为公司最大的变化是什么呢？

2014年5月我们成立，真正的用心服务好每一个客户，发展到今天，我认为最大的变化就是，我们被更多的员工以及更多的客户信任。今天，我们在珠三角地区尤其是广州，我们有超过100名员工，服务着超过5000家客户，他们的信任，是我们公司存在的根基。
从一开始只提供外贸企业单一化服务，到现在发展成一家具备处理全套企业业务能力，囊括产业链、贸易链、供应链的外贸服务公司，我们成长的不仅是规模，更是至善至精的服务能力，努力提供更好的服务以及问题解决方案。
Since the establishment in May 2014, HACOS has always served every customer in good faith. Today, I think the biggest change is that we are trusted by more employees and more customers. we have more than 100 employees, serving more than 5,000 customers in the Pearl River Delta region, especially Guangzhou. Their trust make our company's existence.
From the beginning, we just provided single services for foreign trade enterprises, and now we have developed into a company with the ability to handle a full set of enterprise business services, involving in industrial chain, trade chain and supply chain. What we have grown is not only the scale, but also the perfection of services.
2、可以用一句话总结公司文化吗？您认为这种公司文化是如何形成的呢？

一群靠谱的人组成了一个简单清晰的团队，有责任心地为客户提供服务。
当问题出现的时候，该往左还是该往右，不同的人会有不同的考量。我们始终坚守着“服务至上、简单清晰、精进极致、适应变化”的价值观，这也决定着我们应该如何去处理问题。
俗话说，道不同不相为谋，慢慢地，不认同的人选择了离开，留下来的伙伴，我们继续发展，形成和稳固了今天这样一个团结进取的团队。
A group of reliable people form a simple and clear team, providing services for customers with high responsibility.
When a problem arises, different people will have different solutions. We always adhere to the values of "service first, simple and clear, diligent and perfect, and adapt to changes", which also determines how we should deal with problems.

3、公司未来的发展方向是怎样的呢？可否大致谈谈？

我们接下来会继续坚持多元化发展战略，围绕外贸服务的几大业务体系，在外贸行业不断深耕，服务好我们的每一个老客户，在疫情期间以及疫情后为客户降低成本，提高效率，创造更大的价值；同时积极发展国内大市场，以拓展更大的国内客户群体。这是我们未来2-3年的大方向。
另外，我一直相信“品质为先，永续发展”，瀚客会继续以先进的发展理念和优质的客户服务推动行业的发展。
In the days coming, we will stick to the diversified development strategy, focusing on several major business systems of foreign trade services and helping each of our old customers with good services. We will try our best to solve our clients’ urgent need of reducing costs, improving efficiency and creating greater value during and after the epidemic. At the same time, we are going to develop a larger domestic customer group. This is our general direction for the next 2-3 years.
In addition, I have always believed that "good quality enables sustainable development", HACOS will continue to promote the development of the industry with advanced concepts and high-quality service.
1、疫情之下，您认为公司面临的是机遇还是危机呢？
Do you think the epidemic is a crisis to the company?
危机和机遇并存，现在更大的是机遇。我们经历过受疫情影响的至暗时刻，但我们适时而变，深入分析疫情之下客户企业所面临的难题，不断调整完善公司的业务线，坚持做好外贸企业一站式服务。另外，我们也调整了公司的管理重心，做好精细化管理，把为客户、为员工创造价值放在首位，这些都让我们实现了疫情之下的稳定增长。相比于危机，我更愿将它看作是一次机遇，让我们能够不断地审视自身能力，不断进步。
There coexists crisis and opportunity, but more the later. We have experienced the darkest moments affected by the epidemic, but we have adapted to changes. We deeply analyzed the problems faced by our customer enterprises amid the epidemic, constantly adjusted and improved our business lines with one-stop services for foreign trade enterprises. In addition, we have also adjusted the management focus to refined management, always putting the creation of value for customers and employees in the first place, all of which have enabled us to achieve stable growth. Rather than a crisis, I prefer to see it as an opportunity for us to constantly review our capabilities and make continuous progress.
2、在外贸服务行业，您认为公司目前处于一个什么样的位置？
In the foreign trade service industry, what position do you think the company is currently in?
我们是一家努力上进的公司，一直在不断向前。这可能和我们的创始人基因有关系，我们三个都很崇尚读书、运动，读书让我们有更多思考，运动则让我们学会坚持的可贵。同时，目标明确、重过程、善合作的管理理念，也是我们一直坚持的。如果要说位置，前几天见到一个商会的会长，外国人，他说”我认为在广州的外国人，80%都知道HACOS,HACOS的服务非常好”，这个可能并不夸张，我们在整个广州的外资外贸企业中、乃至珠三角的外贸企业综合服务行业中都是具有一定影响力的。我们的服务几乎覆盖了整个外贸服务体系，包括获取订单、收结汇、国际物流、外贸财税各个方面，我们有信心，也有能力为客户提供安心、省心的服务。
We are a hard-working company that keeps moving forward. This may be related to the genes of founders. The three of us all advocate reading and exercise. I met a foreigner, the chairman of a chamber of commerce a few days ago, and he said, "I think 80% of foreigners in Guangzhou know about HACOS, and the service of HACOS is very good." We today have a certain influence in the foreign-funded foreign trade enterprises in Guangzhou, and even in the comprehensive service industry of foreign trade enterprises in the Pearl River Delta. Our services cover almost the entire foreign trade service system, including order acquisition, foreign exchange collection, international logistics, finance and taxation. 3、八周年之际，一路走来您最大的感悟是什么？

单丝不成线，独木不成林。瀚客走到今天，要非常感谢我们的客户、合作伙伴、同事，大家一路走来、共担风雨 ，合作共赢才能让企业走得更快、更远。

1、 创业八年，什么时候觉得特别困难，想过放弃的时候呢？
In the past eight years of starting a business, have you ever think about giving up?
8年来，我们一直在外贸服务这个领域耕耘，得益于很多忠实的客户和同事们的信任，8年来我们走得挺顺利的。如果一定要说特别困难的时候，那就是疫情刚开始那一年，突如其来的疫情让我们措手不及，好在当时我们员工都非常理解公司，愿意和公司一起渡过难关，让我觉得非常感动，同时更明白自己身上责任重大。我们从来没有想过要放弃，也坚信我们会越来越好。
For the past 8 years, we have been working hard in the field of foreign trade services. Thanks to the trust of many customers and colleagues, we have gone quite smoothly. If I had to say it was a particularly difficult time, it was the year when the epidemic first started. The sudden epidemic caught us off guard. Fortunately, our colleagues stand firmly with the company to tide over the difficulties, which made me feel very moved and more aware of my responsibility. 2、 员工团队对你来说意味着什么？
What does the workforce mean to you?
员工对于我来说更像是手足，看着他们大学毕业从一个职场新人到现在陆续走上管理岗，内心非常欣慰和感恩，感谢他们一直支持和信任公司。我希望在瀚客的每一位同事能在这里赚到钱、有成长、工作开心。
They are more like siblings to me. I am very pleased and grateful to see them graduate from college and grow up from being a newcomer to now a management. I thank them for their support and trust for the company. I hope that every colleague in HACOS can make big money, get progress and work happily here.
