换工作是很平常的事情，但是对于在华外籍人士而言，却是有些麻烦的，因为外籍人在中国工作需要办理工作许可证和居留许可。

那么如果发生工作变动，工作许可是否可以继续使用？若更换了就业城市，双证是否也应进行相应变动呢？

外国人一旦发生工作变动，就必须办理工作许可的转聘。

外国人换工作，必须同步申请办理外国人工作许可证转聘流程。如工作单位已经变更，但工作许可证未变更，不符合外国人来华工作的要求，视为非法就业。
The work permit for foreigners is the legal certificate for foreigners to work in China. How long does it take to handle the transfer?
符合办理条件，大概10-15个工作日可以获得新的工作许可证；如果要进一步变更居留许可，则需要5-7个工作日。
If you meet the processing conditions, you can obtain a new work permit in about 10-15 working days. If the residence permit is to be further changed, it will take another 5-7 working days.
中国政府对于接种过中国生产的新冠肺炎疫苗人员开放签证便利，可基于复工复产的原因申请签证入境，并且可按照新冠疫情前的要求准备材料并递交申请（无需PU和TE）。
