Again! China to ease the restrictions for inbound personnel! 

11月11日,中国国家卫健委发布通知,宣布进一步优化新冠肺炎疫情防控措施。
Yesterday (November 11), the China's National Health Commission issued an announcement to further optimize the prevention and control measures for the COVID-19.

对于入境人员,将“7天集中隔离+3天居家健康监测”调整为“5天集中隔离+3天居家隔离”,期间赋码管理、不得外出,这一调整大大缩减了入境人员的隔离成本。但集中隔离的第1、2、3、5天需各开展1次核酸检测,居家隔离第1、3天各开展1次核酸检测。
For inbound personnel, the quarantine time will be shortened to "5-day centralized isolation+3-day home isolation" form pervious “7+3” policy. During the isolation they will not be allowed to go out. Nucleic acid test shall be carried out respectively on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th day of centralized isolation, and respectively on the 1st and 3rd day of home isolation.

通知还强调了入境人员在第一入境点完成隔离后,无需在目的地再次隔离。
The announcement also said that after the entry personnel completed isolation at the first entry point, they do not need to be isolated again at the destination.

对于入境的重要商务人员以及体育团组等,“点对点”转运至免隔离闭环管理区,保障其开展商务、训练、比赛等活动,期间赋码管理,不可离开管理区。
For inbound business personnel and sports teams, they shall be transferred "point-to-point" to the isolation free closed-loop control area and can carry out business, training, competition and other activities. During this period, they will be given health code and cannot leave the control area.

此次通知不仅对于入境隔离要求进行了调整,还取消了入境航班熔断机制,并将登机前48小时内2次核酸检测阴性证明减少至一次
China also cancelled the circuit breaker mechanism for inbound flights. No more flights suspensions! Besides, passengers will only be required to have ONE negative nucleic acid test result done within 48 hours to board, it was 2 tests before.
