这家幼儿园聘用了三名外教，分别来自阿尔及利亚、乌干达、塞尔维亚。但是被政府部门监察到，这三名外教还没有拿到居留许可和工作许可就上岗工作了，在中国这就属于非法就业，而幼儿园则属于非法聘用。
The kindergarten employed three foreign teachers from Algeria, Uganda, and Serbia. However, it was monitored by the government that these three foreign teachers started working before they got their residence permits and work permits. In China, this is called illegal employment, and kindergarten is illegal recruitment.

所以企业在聘用外籍员工时，一定要记得帮他们办理好工作许可证，不要造成非法聘用外籍人士。否则一旦被查到，就要被罚款了，雇用一个非法就业人员罚款一万。不仅如此，还要承担遣送他们回国的全部费用。

03
非法就业 Illegal Employment
外国人在没有取得工作许可和工作居留的情况下在中国境内工作，或者是超出工作许可限定范围，还有就是外国留学生超出规定的岗位或者时限工作的行为。
Foreigners who work in China without work permit or work residence, or exceed the limits of the work permit, or foreign students who work beyond the specified position or time limit.
总而言之，企业在雇用外国人时千万不要抱有侥幸心理，合法用工~
