我们都知道离岸银行账户以资金调拨自由、无外汇管制等优势备受跨境投资者和离岸公司的青睐，离岸账户对于境外投资是必不可少的。

We all know that offshore bank accounts are favored by cross-border investors and offshore companies because of their advantages such as free capital allocation and no foreign exchange control. Offshore accounts are essential for overseas investment.

然而，因为离岸银行经常成为犯罪分子洗钱的场所，且离岸账户有鼓励居民避税或逃税的情况，所以对于离岸账户的后期使用也会更高的监管要求，维护不当或不及时很容易遭到账户冻结甚至是关户。

However, offshore banks are often regarded as nests of money laundering, and in the suspect of encouraging residents to avoid or evade taxes, as a result of that, stricter regulatory requirements for the use of offshore accounts are implemented. 资金用途尽量保持和开户时预留的开户目的一致。如果开户的时候预留的开户目的是用于海外个人投资及消费，实际下户后却用来收付生意货款，长期以来很容易引起银行的怀疑，对账户进行冻结。

The use of funds should be kept consistent with that reserved when opening an account. If a offshore account with the purpose —overseas personal investment and consumption— is actually used to receive and pay business payments for a long time, the bank will have a suspicion and freeze the account.

收付款国家避免与高风险地区进行交易，如伊朗、伊拉克、俄罗斯、叙利亚、朝鲜、刚果、也门、古巴等。

Don’t receive from or pay high-risk countries and regions, such as Iran, Iraq, Russia, Syria, North Korea, Congo, Yemen, Cuba, etc.

离岸个人户口一般是个人用途交易，不建议用于收付生意货款。

It is not recommended to receive and pay business payments through an offshore account.

避免频繁公对私，或私对公，最好是公户公用，私户私用。但若是你持股的香港公司和你自己的个人帐户进行合理交易是可以的，比如股东分红、公司初始资金借款等。

Don’t pay a personal account with a company account, or pay a company account with a personal account. But it is allowed that conduct reasonable transactions, such as shareholder dividends, company initial capital borrowing, etc., between your own personal account and the account of the HK company you hold shares.

避免空账户运营，账户内要留存适当余额。

Keep an appropriate balance in the account.

避免代收代付，更加不要与换钱公司直接交易，容易引起洗钱嫌疑。

Avoid collecting and paying on behalf of others, and do not directly trade with money exchange companies, which can easily lead to suspicion of money laundering.

要牢记登录密码。多次密码操作错误会导致账户被锁，如果实在是不记得密码，可以致电对应的银行客服寻求帮助，不要盲目试错。

Keep your login password in mind. Incorrect enters will result in the account being locked. If you really forget the password, call the customer services of corresponding bank for help.

如收到银行相关审查资金来源的邮件，要积极回复。

If you receive an email from the bank to review the source of funds, respond positively.
