3月16日，HACOS瀚客联合汇丰银行举办的全英文讲座圆满成功！讲座就“公司应该如何正确地使用和维护账户？”为中心进行了一系列分享与讨论，现场气氛热烈。
On March 16, HACOS and HSBC Bank co-hosted a sharing session, which was themed with " How to use and maintain the corporate’s account correctly?”. It was a complete success!
本次讲座由汇丰银行小企业部客户经理许穗萍女士、瀚客创始人兼总经理陈海华先生、瀚客客户经理关文茜女士担任主讲。
Speakers of this sharing were Ellie Xu, Customer Manager of Small Business Department of HSBC Bank (China), Harvey, the founder CEO of HACOS, as well as Wency Guan, the customer manager of HACOS.
许穗萍女士硕士毕业于英国兰卡斯特大学银行与金融专业，拥有8年个人金融服务及小企业银行服务的实践经历。
Ellie Xu, who obtained her master's degree in banking and finance major, Lancaster University, has 8 years of experience in personal financial services and small business banking services.
她凭借丰富的从业经验以国际视野深入浅出地为到场嘉宾分享了汇丰离岸账户如何方便快捷开户以及使用时的注意事项，并进行了现场答疑，帮助大家解决在贸易中收结汇的难题。
With her rich experience and international perspective, she shared with the guests how to open a HSBC offshore account quickly, as well as the precautions when using it. She also answered guests’ questions about receiving and settling foreign exchange in trade.
许女士分享结束后，瀚客客户成功部主管关文茜女士接着为大家讲解了离岸账户的正确使用与维护，包括及时预存、及时激活账户、牢记登录密码、避免空账户等。她还提到，经常与敏感国家/地区进行交易或者频繁公对私（或私对公）都会增大被关户的风险。
After Ellie 's sharing, Wency, the supervisor of customer success department of HACOS, showed us about how to utilize and maintain an offshore account after opening it successfully. For example, do timely pre-deposit and activation of the account; remember the login password; don't let the balance be zero. She also mentioned that frequent transactions with sensitive countries/regions or between corporate’s account and personal account would increase the appearance of closed accounts.

Wency’s sharing was detailed and easy to understand. Full of active atmosphere, everyone made their interactions here, saying that they benefited a lot.
茶歇过后，便是瀚客创始人兼总经理陈海华先生的分享。他是厦门大学高级工商管理专业硕士，拥有超过13年的外商及外贸企业服务经验，为4000多家外商投资企业和贸易企业提供了综合解决方案。
Harvey’s sharing came after the tea break. He got a master’s degree in EMBA in Xiamen University. So far, he has more than 13 years of experiences in foreign business services, and has provided comprehensive business solution for over 4000 foreign investment enterprises and trade enterprises.
讲座上，他以“广州公司账户的财税合规”为中心，详细讲解了现行的企业税收政策，并以汇丰银行账户以及中国农业银行账户为例，分步骤指导了对公账户的对账流程，简单清晰。
Focusing on the "fiscal and tax compliance of Guangzhou corporate accounts", he explained the current corporate tax policy in detail and took the account of HSBC and the account of Agricultural Bank of China as examples to guide the reconciliation process step by step, simple and clear.
在随后的问答环节里，陈总经理耐心解答在场人士的疑问，并提出了针对性的可行建议。
In the Q&A time that followed, Harvey patiently answered the questions of those present and put forward specific and feasible suggestions.
