According to the related regulations, in order to strengthen the macroscopic supervision of the foreign investment, and to improve the development of the foreign investment，the government implement the policy of Annual Joint Inspection.
The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation(MOFTEC), and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange(SAFE) organize the inspection.
Foreign investment companies that established before December 31st last year, have to report the Annual Joint Inspection, the inspection is about the company`s last year orperation.
The Government may not postpone the expiry date of
final settlement this year!
