目前工商部门“一照三号”配套系统已完成改造并通过测试。南沙已建设企业设立登记“一口受理”系统，在区政务中心设置“一口受理”窗口，按照“统一收件，一表登记，联合审批，统一发证”的模式，实现营业执照、组织机构代码证、税务登记证(含国、地税)、社保登记号和公章刻制备案事项的“多证联办”，全部办理时限缩短至1个工作日。
