If companies do not fulfill the obligations of making the annual report within the termin, or keeping immediate information publicity,or never conceal the true situation, or keeping registered residence avaliable, the companies will be recorded in the Abnormal Operation List, which would be shown on the Enterprises Credit Information Publicity System.
Up till August 4th,the Guangzhou Industry and Commerce Administration had not announced the official statistic data, but some websites have been avaliable to check the abnormal operation enterprises list.

The Companies who have objections to being labelled in the abnormal operating state, can submit a written application and relevant evidences to the related administration department . The companies who has been recorded in the list below 3 years can apply for removing from the abnormal operation list.

Once being recorded in the abnormal operation list , companies should fix the mistake as soon as possible. Many enterprises all over the state have met those serious consequences:
1. Unable to apply for loan
2. Unable to go public
3. Unable to take part in the project bidding
4. Unable to make online marketing
5. Being rejected by the cooperation partner
6. Etc..
Enterprises who have been recorded in the abnormal operation list for 3 years and do not remove, the companies will be listed in the serious illegal enterprises list. Once being recorded in that blacklist, the influence will be very serious.
