The IRD is screening the enterprises which have submitted a loss audit report in 2014. If an enterprise is running at a heavy loss , the company director will be required to give a reasonable explanation once been screened ; at the same time, the enterprise who is suffering a slightly loss will be required to adjust the annual audit to turn losses into gains.

The enterprises , which have established for more than one year or making a long-term zero declaration , should make reasonable tax declaration . Long-term zero declaration may affect the normal operation of the enterprises. This method conforms to the Commercial Registration Reform Policy of the Prime Minister Lee KeQiang --“Loosen Examination and Tighten Management ” , which encourages people to start a business.
