To further simplify foreigners`application procedure of visa, now enterprises in Guangdong Province can invite foreigners to the city, who the enterprises are going to cooperate with, as long as the enterprises successfully register in the related administration. The enterprises can submit visa applications on behalf of the foreigners. The Foreigner can access to the original entry port directly with the 《Port Visa Notification》, and make visa on the spot.
The Registration has low entrance standard，all legally operating enterprises can apply for it. It`s hard for the enterprises to invite foreigners to China to solve business problems in the past, now this method would ease the situtation.
Requirement Documents
1.《Registration Application Form》
2. Signature samples of the legal representative and his/her authorized person (a total of not more than three persons), and seal samples.
3. The original and copies of Business License,Organization Registration Code Certificate,Tax Registration Certificate and the Duty paid certificate of last year.
4. Appoint a person to be fully in charge of the Registration and visa application as a liaison. And provide his/her original and copies of social insurance certificate, ID card, work certificate. The signature samples of the legal representative and the liaison should be provided too.
5. Sign the responsibility guarantee paper.
Procedure
1. The registration company should submit relevant documents,which are stamped with the company seal and signed by the legal representative or authorized officer, when apply for visa for the invited foreigner. Scan and send the documents to the visa organs of the planned exit-entry port by email, 3 days before the arrival. The relevant documents are including :《Information form of foreigner and the company》, copies of passport or other international travel certificates, Invitation letter,proof materials.
2. Visa organs will reply the qualified company by email, then the company could send 《 invitation letter and schedule》and 《 Port visa noticification》to the invited foreigner.
3. The Foreigner access to the original port of entry directly with the 《Port Visa Notification》, passport，《 invitation letter and schedule》, and make visa on the spot.
Responsibilty of the company
1. Registration company has the obligation of helping the public security organs to manage the invited foreigner, ensuring the authenticity of the material, reminding the foreigners to obey Chinese laws and regulations
2. Registration company could not abuse or sell/buy invitation.
3. Registration company have to obey the law , otherwise their invitation credit level would be downgraded or even canceled, serious cases will be investigated.
