March 29th, China and Israel signed an agreement on Mutual 10-year Multi-entry Visa.According to the agreement, Israel will issue 10-years multi- entry visa for Chinese citizens who aim for traveling and busines., and each stay should be less than 90 days. At the same time,China will give the equal rights to Israeli citizens.
Nowadays, about 30,000 Chinese people go to Israel for travel or visit every year. And experts estimate that the number will reach 100,000 in the next three years.What`s more, Israel has never signed such a friendly visa-cooperation agreement with any other country before this. There is no doubt that the friendship between Chinese and Israeli people will continue to deepen and achieve to a new height in the following ten years.
The Embassy of Israel in China , declared that Israel welcomes Chinese people to travel, study and do business in Israel . In addition, this agreement brought the possibility to enhance the relationship between the merchants of the two countries. It can help Israeli businessmen to understand China better, and change the interaction between each other. With this policy, they can stay longer, to understand each other better, which helps them operate business more efficiently.
According to the statistics from Israeli national tourism bureau, in recent three years, the number of Chinese tourists in Israel had increased for more than 30% each year. In 2015, the number of the Chinese tourists reached 47,400, which was increased by 43% comparing to 2014. Compare with 2013, the growth is as much as 86%. As for January 2016, the number of Chinese tourists increased 44% year-on-year, and the number is expected to reach 68,000 people by the end of 2016. Within three years, it will reach 100,000.
