Deliver Goods After Making Sure You Have Received the Money
Many bosses who are doing business in China must always receive payment for goods. You may send out the goods when you see the transfer receipt sent by the buyers in general.
However, you can’t do it anymore since 1st December. After the new rules implemented by the Chinese banks, there will be Options for Collection Time , such as "Real-time","Delay-time" and "The Next Day" when you transfer to someone.
If there are customers who told you that they have transferred the money already, please check your account to make sure you have received the money，instead of confirming by the client's Transfer Bills or ATM Remittance Messages!
So Please Notice That:
If someone choose the “delay-time transfer” or “the next day transfer”, he can recall at any time within 24 hours. Only after you make sure your account otain the money can you send the goods off. Otherwise, the payer may recall the money!
THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT!!!

Pay Attention to the Deadline of Paying Off Your Credit Card
Nowadays, you can pay off the credit card by Bank Counter, ATM and E-Bank. Late payments not only bring you extra charges but wreck your credit records. After the implementation of the new rules, pay attention to the deadline of paying off the credit card because the account may not receive the fund that very day.
Bank Counter
If you want the money to be into your account as soon as possible, you need to choose the “real-time” transfer while you pay off your credit card in the bank counter.
ATM
If you pay off your credit card by the Interbank Transfer at the ATM, the money will get into your account within 24 hours. Avoid choosing the ATM when you need a real-time transfer.
E-bank
When you choose the E-Bank business service to pay off your credit card by transferring money from your debit card of the same bank or the other banks, there will be also three different options: "Real-time", "Standard" and "The Next-day" transfers.
