According to the latest notice from Ministry of Finance of China, since Apr 1st this year, administrative undertakings charges of 41 government projects will be canceled. Charge of Trademark Registration will be decreased by 50%.
The notice aims at lessening burdens of both enterprises and individuals, so as to promote the real economy.

According to The Trademark Law of the People’s Republic of China, any mark that distinguishes the products of a natural person, a legal person, or an organization from others, including written characters, patterns, letters, 3D symbols, colors and sounds etc, and the combination of all these elements, can be registered as a trademark.
Benefit of Trademark Registration
According to the 3rd Article in the Trademark Law, trademarks that have been approved by Trademark Office are the registered trademarks, including product trademarks, service trademarks, collective trademarks, and certification marks.
In other words, you have your own exclusive right to use your trademark, and it is protected by law. Indeed, the registered trademark becomes the intangible asset of your own company!
