Do you still remember that the payment of the social insurance is different every year?
Yes, indeed! Social Insurance Bureau used to adjust every January and July. But this year, the adjustment is in October.
It means that the Tax Bureau will ask you to pay the Margin Fee of the Endowment Insurance for July, August and September.
In another word, the base of the Endowment Insurance since October became 2906RMB, and you should pay 639.32 RMB, according to the percentage of 22% which stipulated by the Tax Bureau.
While the base of the Endowment Insurance from July to September of 2016 was 2408RMB each month. And according to the percentage of 22% stipulated by the Tax Bureau,you need to pay 529.76RMB.
So there is a Margin Fee of 109.56RMB each month for repayment. Among the 109.56RMB, the companies need to pay 69.72 each month and the employees need to pay 39.84 each month. Totally 3 months’fee will be required to make up.
If you pay it before 1st January 2017，no overdue fine will be needed.
