-Establish a Chinese Company-
You can also apply for work permit by establishing a representative office, but you need to submit a lot of notarized documents before establishing the office. In comparison, only with your passport can you establish a company, obviously more convenient and effective!

-Certificate of Work Permit-
Submit documents to the Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, including Diploma Certificate, Police Clearance and Work Proof. You will receive an electronic work permit after document verification.
If permitted, bachelor’s degree or above will be issued a-year work permit while others are only issued less-than-half-year work permits.

-Apply for Z-Visa-
After successfully getting Work Permit in China, you need to apply for Z-Visa in Chinese Embassy in your home country. Remember, you must go back to China to deal with the following application procedure within 90 days since you get Z-Visa. (Only a single entry is allowed).

-Medical Examination-
After entering in China, a medical examination (in the designated medical institution) is needed, which shows you are in a healthy condition.

-Temporary Residence Registration-
Fill in Registration Form of Temporary Residence for Visitors issued by the local police station.

-Apply for Foreigner’s Work Permit Card-
With your Z-Visa, Medical Report and Registration Form, you can go to the Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs to apply for Foreigner’s Work Permit card.

-Get Resident Permit-
If you get the Foreigner’s Work Permit card within 30 days, you will be able to get Chinese Residence in the Exit & Entry Department!
Now, you not only have access to work in China, but also can reside in China in a certain period with a multiple-entry permit!
