Eight-brocade Exercise
This Chinese traditional exercise also called Ba Duan Jin, consists of eight sections, which is not only popular among Chinese people but also attracting more and more foreigners.
There are different postures such as sitting and standing. Research shows that each section can be practiced on its own and each targets a specific organ or health need. The whole set of movements are fine, delicate with moderate intensity and suitable for all ages.

Named as “Summer Five Movements”, Chen Taichi is suitable in summer to practice.
Practising Taichi can increase body’s strength and enhance blood circulation. Just learn five movements only in 10 minutes, then you can practice whenever and wherever possible! You will be back on your feet in no time!
