1.Confirmation of the type of business registration and company capital.

Each type of company is suitable for different business needs and partners. You need to choose the most suitable type before registration.

2. Rent an office.

3. Pre-select a business name (either Chinese or English).

You must first think of a Chinese name for your company and then check if it is available. If the company name is already in use, it must be changed. English company names are usually not registered and do not appear on business licenses.

4. Submit application documents.

Such as Articles of Incorporation, Office Lease Agreement, and Company Registration Form. Properly prepared documents can speed up the registration process.

After the preliminary examination of the materials passed, the signature of the legal person and the supervisor is required.

5. Apply for business license and seal.

6. Apply for tax registration.

Within 30 days of incorporation, you will need to obtain a tax registration certificate from the tax office. Some places require tax registration to be submitted within the same month.

7. Open a public account.
