Eligibility: Foreign family members of Chinese citizens or foreign nationals holding a Chinese permanent residence permit
Types:
✅ Q1 Visa (Long-term Stay):
Must apply for a residence permit within 30 days of entry
✅ Q2 Visa (Short-term Visit):
Maximum single stay of 180 days
🔹 S Visa (Private Affairs Visa)
Eligibility: Spouses or immediate family members of foreigners working/studying in China
Types:
✅ S1 Visa (Long-term):
Requires prior application for a residence permit
✅ S2 Visa (Short-term):
Maximum single stay of 180 days
🔹 Z Visa (Work Visa)
Key Advantage: Holders can legally work in China
