1.The Hongkong tax bureau has the right to send a profits tax return to any Company registered in Hongkong , and ask the director to submit the company`s profit report and all the files of finance.

2.The Tax bureau has the right to require any company to submit the accounting and financial files of the past 7 years. Or there`ll be a penalty.

To form the habit of persist on accounting and audit, the enterprise can avoid the risk of being checked by the tax bureau , and having a rational analysis of the company. For the long term, Accounting and Audit is very important.
