Operators will send
telecommunication bill to users
In terms of the problems such as gratuitous fee deduction, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China (MIIT) informs that from August, domestic operators should initiatively send telecommunication bill information to users in the form messages by month.

Besides, for the problem of crank calls, MIIT also plans to start special action, strengthen the management of telecommunication business as well as recourse and control the spread of crank calls.
Wechat will charge you
for this service
Lately, Licaitong, Wechat payment platform, informs that the function of paying off credit card debt will be adjusted again.

From 1st August, the platform will charge users 0.1% of the total fee of each repayment except users with specific conditions and the minimum fee will be RMB 0.1 yuan.

Declaration for import & export
cargos in customs
From 1st August, all the customs in China will require enterprises to make declarations for import and export cargos by filling a declaration form, which greatly simplifies the previous declaration project amount from 229 to 105.

Cessation of patents registration fee
Ministry of Finance and other ministries informs that, from 1st August, 2018, patents registration fee, printing fee and so on of patents fee (domestic part) will be cancelled.

For eligible applicants, the time for deduction payment of patent annual fee will increase from 6 years to 10 years from the day of authorization.
Faster for applying for VAT
invoice for the first time
State Administration of Taxation informs that the time of applying for VAT invoice for new taxpayers will be reduced. Tax authorities should finish the applications within 2 working days from the day of receiving the application, and some capable tax authorities should complete within the day of receiving the applications.

Improvement on the standards
of compensation for veterans
Ministry of Affairs of Veterans and Ministry of Finance informs that, from 1st August, the standards of subsistence allowance and compensation for veterans and other special care people will be improved.

The improved compensation standard for first-class disable solders caused by wars, duties or diseases are severally RMB 80140 yuan, 77610 yuan and 75060 yuan each year.
Rule to restrict non-local
vehicle to take effect in GZ
From August 1st, this new traffic rule will be officially put into effect in Guangzhou, the maximum consecutive driving time of non-Guangzhou vehicle in the designated area shall not exceed 4 days, and the interval for re-entering the city shall be more than 4 days.
Police will impose a fine of 200 yuan (US$ 31.85) and add three penalty points to a driver’s license for the violation.
