Since September 1st, 2015. Guangzhou will fully implement the policies of “Three Certificates in One”、” One Code, One Certificate”.
New established enterprises or specialized farmer cooperatives do not need to go the Industrial and Commercial Administraion, Bureau of Quality Supervision, Internal Revenue Service,Local Tax Bureau，to make the Business License, Organization Code Certificate, Tax Registration Certificate any more!
The applicant just need to go to the Industrial and Commercial Administration (ICA) , to fill one form and submit one set of documents to one acceptain window. Once the application gains the approval of the ICA, a new Business License with Unified Society Credit Code will be issued,the enterprises do not need to apply for the Organization Code Certificate, Tax Registration Certificate. Those previous three certificates are combine into one since then, making the procedures no more complicated, and easing the burdens of the enterprises and government departments.
It`s said that the new registration policy will greatly reduce the previous handling time from 20 days to 3 days.
Currently, the Unified Credit Code is consist of 5 parts, using Arabic numerals and english words, making the license unique.
The ICA introduce that, the new registration policy is also suitable for established enterprises, they could swap the previous three certificates for one new business license with unified society credit code , when making change registration.
