Click the Online Services
Step 3.
Click the Application Status Enquiry
Step 4.
Slide Down.
Click the Online Application Status Enquiry

Click the Continue
Step 6.
Click the Continue
Step 7.
Tick to Agree the declaration, then Click the Start
Step 8.
Type the reference number, then Click the Continue
Step 9.
Then type your date of birth.
Step 10.
If the information matches the Immigration Department`s records, the application status will be shown.
Please notice that:
If your application has been closed or finalised for 1 month, the record will be purged from the system and you will not be able to enquire about its status.
