Recently, Hong Kong Companies Registry frequently unveiled new policies about the services of Hong Kong Companies.

The policy, SCR, has been put into effect from March 1, 2018 and Hong Kong will inform about 140 countries of their account information of tax residents and enterprises of 2017 in Hong Kong from September 1, 2018.
2018年3月1日起 实施 SCR 政策，9月1日起香港将向140多个国家通报2017年其税务居民和企业在香港的所有账户信息情况。
The transitional period of applying Hong Kong company secretarial services has been expired since June 28, 2018. Secretarial services have to be managed by licensed companies henceforward and violators will be fined.
Therefore, secretarial services companies will face heavier responsibilities and there will be a small fluctuation of price.
香港秘书公司服务牌照申请过渡期已于2018年6月28日届满，秘书服务今后只能由持牌公司办理，违者将面临罚款。持牌秘书公司的责任也将越来越大，预测会有小波动的升价。

Besides, the requirements of registration and other services for Hong Kong companies will be stricter. In order to continue the examination and approval, registry office will require clients to provide related attached documents in terms of relevant companies services.
因此，现在注册香港公司以及办理香港公司业务的要求也越来越严格，注册处会对应相关公司的业务会要求客户提供对应的附加文件才能继续审批。

Detailed Address of Directors
写明详细董事地址
The detailed address of directors at least should be specific enough to the house number of the street, which is the same as specifying in new registration materials, including the documents of public undertakings of water, coal and electricity, telephone bills and bank statements.
董事地址必须为详细的地址，至少要具体到街道门牌号，且需提供与新注册资料里所述地址一样的地址证明，包括水电煤等公共事业单位，电话费，银行对账单上所显示地址的文件，等等。

具体业务范围要清楚说明
The scopes of company services should be specific enough to the business, products, nature of the services and operation areas( operate in Hong Kong or not).
该公司的拟定具体业务要写清楚，要具体到哪个行业，做什么产品或者服务的业务性质以及运营地区（是否在香港运营）。

Look through and search the latest list and see if clients come from the sanction list decided by UN Sanctions Committee. Clients belong to the list are high-risk and investigation must be submitted.
查看最新的名单更新中搜索并截图，同时也要查看客户所在国家是否来至联合国制裁委员会最近决议及制裁名单，这种客户属高风险，要提交审查

Clients should fill and sign the survey faithfully.

Scanning copy of the two sides of ID Card
身份证正反两面扫描件
If stockholders and directors belong to the same company, scanning copies of legal representative and business license are still required.
若股东和董事是同一家公司，仍需要提供法定代表人的身份证扫描件及公司营业执照扫描件。

Investigation of Clients’ services
客户业务调查
Clients should provide one of the documents below: sales contract, purchase contract and business contract( if business contract is absent, business plan with development direction and services of the company and the signature and stamp of director should be provided).
需客户提供销售合同或采购合同 ，业务合同，其中一份（如果没有业务合同，提供商业计划书， 大概写下公司发展方向及行业，董事签字盖章）。
