After Donald Trump's newly American Entry Policy having been carried out, there might be some restrictions for those who want to enter into America. However, updated version of U.S. administrative regulations for dual nationalities has been issued recently.

Here is the notice:
Dual nationals with a valid passport issued by any country not restricted under the Executive Order may schedule appointments and apply for visas.
U.S. embassies and consulates will process visa applications and issue visas to otherwise eligible applicants who apply with a passport from an unrestricted country, even if they hold dual nationality from a restricted country.
Those who qualify for visas will be permitted to travel to and apply for admission to the United States.

Urgent Notice
Per U.S. Presidential Executive Order signed on January 27, 2017, visa issuance to aliens from the countries of Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen has been suspended effective immediately until further notification.
If you are a national of one of these countries please do not schedule a visa appointment or pay any visa fees at this time. If you already have an appointment scheduled, please DO NOT ATTEND your appointment as the U . S . Embassy will not be able to proceed with your visa interview.
Pay Attention
Please note that certain travel for official governmental purposes, related to official business at or on behalf of designated international organizations, on behalf of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, or by certain officials is not subject to this suspension.

Please contact the callcenter of the U . S . Embassy to inform them of your appointment time and date and request cancellation.
