It reminds us that dream is something embedded in heart, motivation and persistence make it.
Here in Guangzhou, an opportunity-filled city, "Dream Chaser" from home and abroad with different cultural backgrounds can be seen at every corner. They stick to fight for their dreams, shining like diamonds.
HACOS intends to share two encouraging start-up stories of two foreign friends in Guangzhou.
You might be inspired from them and regain your confidence in heading to your dream.
I hope that I can make Happy Monk an original-ecology pub where people will spend their leisure time, feeling warm and sweet.
Happy Monk, a famous pub in Guangzhou which attracts many customers with its retro-British style and original-ecology pattern.
Jeremy is the co-founder of Happy Monk from London. He is so obsessed with bar culture that wishes bringing the British bar culture into Guangzhou.
Being a lawyer, although he had no marketing plan or any experience at all, he made up his mind and spent 6 years working a way out. They tried harder and harder.
So far, 4 branch stores of Happy Monk have been developed in Guangzhou. Encouragingly, Jeremy still engages in seeking and creating an unique bar culture that truly fits for Guangzhou.
Live in a strange city, learn a new language, meet new friends, and be a real man.
A 23-year-old young man name Rico has spent 8 years doing business in Asia with his team.
With their 8-year marketing experience, they established their own purchase agent -- Source Find Asia in Guangzhou.
Surprisingly, they made it possible for leapfrogs over other companies with their frontier Internet thinking pattern and more importantly, the passion for their career.

Thinking about ourselves, the "Dream Chasers" we think we are, do we chase our dreams like Jeremy and Rico do, or like this:

Never believe the fault is someone else.
Never believe that the only things that matter are the dreams themselves.
