Prepare Related Visa Documents

A photo with white background in: 45-50mm(width), 50-55mm(length). (within an half year)
The photocopy of valid passport or travel permit.
A recent 3-month bank statement.
Employment certificate and the photocopy of valid business license (with company seal on it).
