Guangzhou Exit & Entry Admin Bureau will temporarily suspend service for system enhancements during 18th- 20th this month.
All kinds of certificate handling services, extended services, document servies and etc via counters, official websites, hotline, WeChat, Alipay, App (广东警民通), and self-help document handling machines in Guangzhou are suspended.
But, if there is any emergency and urgent situation, you can also bring the related documents to the Exit & Entry Admin Bureau on Aug. 18th (Friday, work hours) to handle it.
