It is also the first commercial pilot to pay with face scanning all over the world.

In Hangzhou Vientiane City KFC KPRO restaurant, we took the lead to experience face scanning to pay.
a. Choose the food in the buffet meal machine
b. Enter the payment page and select Alipay with face scanning
c. It takes 1-2 seconds to recognize your face
d. Enter the phone number with the account binding
e. After confirmation, payment succeed!
The payment process is less than 10 seconds. If it is your first time to pay with face scanning, you need to open this feature in the Alipay App first.

What Does This Payment Mean?
With the technology of face recognition coming to our life, consumers have another way to pay besides from cash, bank card, mobile payment. Even though you forget to bring your wallet, your phone is out of charge, you can also pay anyway.
In addition, it also means that human-computer interaction has been into a new stage: the user interaction with the machine from the oldest computer, to the phone, and now can be out of the shackles of equipment and complete by human ourselves.
