What is “SSSS”?
It was said that this plan was raised up after the 911 attacks, to help security departmental officers monitoring potential dangerous people when entering and exiting. This measure is beneficial to track on the potential threatening people when exiting or entrancing the board.

How to know if I am in "SSSS"?
Reputedly, if you could not get tickets from a self-service ticket printer at the airport but from the counter, it means you are facing an extra "Secondary Security Screening".
After security screen and having been cleared, there will a hand-write “SSSS-10” or the some specific patterns or seals on your tickets. But such signs may change sometimes in different airports.
