In its official website, there are a few relevant rules:
1 Eligible users: All users who used China Mobile service before December 31st, 2018 could participate in this activity;
2 Valid time: 2019/05/01-2019/12/31;
3 Participating way: Send 2019 in the message to 10086;
4 Counting method: From the current month you used China Mobile service to the month you participate in this activity
The amount given is different depending on
how long you have used their services.
