Why Class A Work Permit Necessary in China?

导读：Class B or C work permit? Maybe you can get Class A!

China divided the foreigner who works in China into 3 categories,Class A (Talent - encourage), Class B (Specialty - control), Class C (Normal - restrict). You have to reach at least Class C to apply your China work permit.

But the Class A is always best! If you are qualified of Class A, your application will be in the “Green Channel” and “Admissible Absence for Procedure”.

Green Channel If you are qualified for Class A, your work permit application will be prior and fast approval (usually 3-5 working days while other cost 2-3 weeks).

Admissible Absence for Procedure If you are qualified for Class A application, you only need to submit very few documents and no need diploma verification, no need non-criminal certificate.

Employer Reached A Certain Scale

A senior management or technical position in large scale industry
A research or engineering center in China
A high level position at a foreign enterprise in a middle-sized industry, as recognized by the Catalogue for the Guidance of Foreign Investment Industries, an encouraged Chinese industry, or an industry in the Catalogue for Advantaged Foreign Investment in Western and Central regions
Chairman, legal representative, or chief management/technical heads of foreign investment enterprises in small-sized industries
Those to be employed in a senior position at a top tier hospital, province level hospital or foreign funded hospital

Innovative And Entrepreneurial Talent

Offering a new product or service requiring a patent, three years of stable investment, real investment not below US$500,000, as well as a 30 percent stake or above in the enterprise
Earning three years of annual revenue not below RMB 10 million, or
Planning to work in a senior management position or as a technical expert in innovative industries that align with the requirements of regional administrative departments

Super-Highly Educated Talent

Age less than 40 years old, doing Post-Doctoral research youth talent in the world 500 universities
Age less than 40 years old, doing Post-Doctoral research youth talent in any university inside of China.
