Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOFCOM) issued a notice, saying that certain items are adjusted or no longer required in foreign trade to facilitate processes and improve services.
China has removed 19 items required by law and 15 items required by regulatory from March 2019. In order to further implement the measures in foreign trade, MOFCOM issued the notice on Monday.
According to the notice, the relevant items and application scenarios include:
Registration for Foreign Trade Business Operators

Property notarial certification

Asset credit certification
These two items are no longer required when foreign trade business operators apply for registration.
Application for China's Export Licenses

Outbound Exhibition Permit

Registration Form of Foreign Trade Operators
There is no need to submit the material when applying for Export License of the People's Republic of China.
Application for China's Automatic Import Licenses

Certification of Operation Authorization

Registration Form of Foreign Trade Operator
When operators apply for automatic import license, they don't have to submit these three materials.

Result of International Bidding Evaluation
When operators apply for the import license to import mechanical and electrical products purchased through international tendering procedures, they should provide the bid notices instead of the result notices.
Application for China's Import Licenses

Remanufacturing Qualification

Registration Form of Foreign Trade Operators
Applicants for import license of key used mechanical and electrical products are required to provide a written commitment instead of a remanufacturing qualification.
Application for Import and Export Qualification of State Trading Goods or Allowance of Non-State Trading Goods

Written Materials of Abidance by Laws and Regulations

Materials of Crude Oil Import Achievement

Materials of Production in the Latest Three Years
Applicants for import qualification of crude oil are no longer required to submit written materials of abidance by laws and materials of crude oil import achievement.
Applicants for export qualification of silver are no longer required to submit materials of production proof in the late three years.

Farm Registration Qualification of Pigs Supplied to HK

Materials of Supply equally over 6000 Pigs to HK per year in 3 Consecutive Years
Applicants for export quotas of pigs supplied to Hong Kong are no longer to provide the relevant materials of farm registration and actual supply.

Qualification of Tender Company
For those who apply for quota bidding, they don't have to submit their companies' qualification materials.
Operation of Processing Trade Business

Materials of Operation Situation and Production Capacity
For those who conduct processing trade business, they need to fill out forms of their information instead of submitting proof documents.
