The seventh day of Chinese New Year, regarded as the birthday of human beings, is called “Renri Festival ”. This traditional festival reflects the Chinese people's desire for safe and peace and their respect for "people" themselves. On this day, people can wear traditional ornaments, eat Qibao soup or noodles, climb mountains and compose poems.
正月初七，传说这天是人类的诞辰日，即人的生日，民间把这天叫做“人日节”或“人胜节”。“人日”反映了中国古代劳动人民祈福纳吉和求平保安的愿望以及对“人”本身的尊重。人们在这一天戴人胜，吃七宝羹，吃面条，登高赋诗。
