First, the taxation departments will ensure a timely response to people’s appeals and requirements, convey the latest policies in time, solve problems in high efficiency, and also focus on individual needs according to taxpayers’ characteristics.
Through the precise policy push service, people can get and enjoy the tax preferential policies conveniently. China will also increase the interpretation of tax and provide the practical guide in different forms, including pictures, short videos or cartoons, which will help taxpayers better understand the tax policies.

Second, the taxation departments will streamline the process and simplify the documents of tax declaration, which will shorten the time that spend on tax payment. Some tax matters can be handled online, and the electronic invoice service guarantee system will be improved, which optimizes the experience for taxpayers.
Besides, China will speed up the tax refund processing, reducing the average processing time for export tax rebates from 7 working days to less than 6 working days. Relying on the electronic tax bureaus, the taxation departments may automatically push notifications for tax refund, and taxpayers can apply for tax rebate online.

Third, China’s classes of service on tax become better and more specific. The taxation departments will implement measures to help large enterprises and support small and medium enterprises. It not only refines serviceof tax payment, but also optimizes individual income tax settlement, and improves the operation experience of taxpayers.
The relevant systems and tax services will be established to improve the satisfaction of taxpayers of large enterprises. Through online communication channels, enterprises can grasp the tax preferential policies timely and accurately.
China will expand the pilot program of push services on tax and fee cuts for small and micro enterprises, and organize activities to promote high-quality development of enterprises. The taxation departments will deepen cooperation with other departments to help small and micro enterprises ease difficulties in financing safely and effectively.
