1. Certificate of Incorporation, the latest BR and NAR1 or NNC1 Form and ordinance of the HK company
2. Photo of the ID cards of directors and all shareholders
3. 2 copies of the purchase and sales contracts in the last 3 months
4. Photo taken with ID card in hand
5. Screenshot of the emails or WeChat records of the negotiation with the buyer
6. Personal bank statements of directors
在中国大陆的外国人
For foreigners residing in mainland
1、 法人/董事必须持有居住在香港或者大陆的有效签证 （如中国工作/商务签证等，香港居留卡，香港工作签证等）；
2、 法人/董事必须有在中国大陆或者香港地区的常住地址证明（如能够显示其姓名的水电煤、银行等账单）；
1. The legal person or the director must hold a valid visa residing in HK or the mainland (such as Chinese work/business visa, etc., HK residence card, HK work visa, etc.).
2. The legal person or the director must have proof of their resident address in mainland or Hong Kong (such as bills of utilities and banks statements, etc. that can display their names).
3. The legal person or the director is from a low-risk country.
4. The HK company must have an real business address in the mainland or Hong Kong.
根据泛付以往的使用规则，申请开户时，泛付会要求用户提交最新的企业材料。即使已经申请了泛付账户，也需按时上传最新材料。所以无论是老用户还是新用户都需时刻注意自家公司的材料是不是已经过期。材料过期会影响到泛付账户的正常使用，甚至是被冻结或者被关户。
According to the current rules of Panpay, when applying for opening an account, users are required to submit the latest documents.Even if you have already successfully applied for one, you must also upload the latest documnets on time. Therefore, both old users and new users need to always pay attention to whether the documents of their companies have expired. Expired materials will affect the normal use of the account, or even cause it to be frozen or closed.
但为了方便大家准备，材料过期之后会有15天的缓冲期。超过15天后才会临时冻结账户，但冻结不会影响入账，上传完最新材料后就能正常使用账户。
For users’ convenience, there will be a 15-day buffer period after the documents expires. After 15 days, the account will be temporarily frozen until the latest documents are updated.
文件材料过期了导致账号冻结，虽不会被关户，但也会带来许多不便。这时你可以试试以下方法来延缓账号冻结～

For those already using a Panpay account
如果快要或已经超过15天的缓冲期导致账户冻结的，可以用注册邮箱发邮件到customer@panpay.com申请延期，提交相关文件证明用户已经在申请年审即可。
若你已经向香港政府提交了年审资料，就可以在香港公司注册处查册中心查询到办理进度，可以此作为申请年审的证明。

If it is about to or has exceeded the 15-day buffer period, you can use your registered email address to send an email to customer@panpay.com to apply for an extension, and submit relevant documents to prove that you has already applied for the annual review.
If you have already submitted the annual review application to the Hong Kong government, you can check the progress at the ICRIS Cyber Search Centre, which can be used as the proof of application.

For those who are intended for a Panpay account
申请开户时，只要提交的材料在有效期内，泛付都会正常审核。比如，商业登记证过了今天就过期了，今天依然可以正常提交开户申请。
如果企业材料刚刚过了有效期不久，也可以提交相关文件（比如年审状态截图）来证明公司已经在申请最新的企业材料，这种情况泛付也可以正常审核。
When applying for opening an account, as long as the submitted documents are within the validity period, it is also acceptable. For example, if the business registration certificate will expire tomorrow, the application may still be submitted normally today.
If the corporate documents have just expired, you can also submit relevant documents (such as screenshots of the progress of the annual review) to prove that the company has already applied for the latest corporate documents, which is acceptable, too.
