On April 12, China Southern Airlines Vietnam official WeChat account released the latest news, explaining the relevant requirements for departing from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport to Vietnam in the near future.
According to the relevant epidemic prevention requirements in Guangzhou, from 0:00 on April 11, all people entering the terminal (including passengers and pick-up & drop-off people) must present a green health code and a negative NAT report within 48 hours. Passengers with travel plans should confirm the updated NAT results before going to the airport.
Due to the changes in the epidemic situation in China recently, China Southern Airlines recommends that passengers taking Guangzhou-Ho Chi Minh City flight (CZ3069) take preventative measures before and during the flight.
越南民航管理局于2月13日发布声明，越南将从15日起取消对国际航班的限制，推动入境航班恢复至新冠疫情爆发前的水平。从今年年初开始，越南逐步恢复了往返美国、澳大利亚等15个地区的国际航班，同时放宽隔离要求，完成疫苗接种的旅客入境后只需自我隔离3天。

越南文化体育与旅游部于2月14日向政府提议，3月15日起全面开放国际旅游，此前越南政府曾表示将于3月30日前开放国际旅游。
