“7+7”仅针对目的地是北京的入境人员，目的地为外省市的，隔离政策依然是14+7天，其中14天在北京集中隔离。
"7+7" is only for inbound personnel whose destination is Beijing. If the destination is other cities the quarantine time is still 14+7 days, of which 14 days are in Beijing.

The inbound personnel whose destination is Tianjin shall be quarantined at home for 7 days after centralized isolation.
若入境人员下一目的地为北京市，应继续集中隔离7天，即集中隔离21天后且全部检测结果阴性方可解除隔离。
The inbound personnel heading to Beijing shall continue to be quarantined for another 7 days, that is, they can be released after 21 days of centralized quarantine and all test results are negative.
若入境人员下一目的地为其他省市，则解除隔离后，由集中隔离点所在区闭环转运至火车站或飞机场离津，不在天津市逗留。
The inbound personnel heading to other cities other than Beijing, after the quarantine is lifted, should be transferred to the train station or airport in a closed loop from the centralized quarantine hotel, and not stay in Tianjin.
在其他口岸隔离满14天解除隔离后来津人员，实施7日居家隔离。

江苏多地发布消息，对入境人员实施7天集中隔离+7天居家隔离管理措施，即取消了隔离后的7天居家监测。
Many Cities in Jiangsu Province have said that a “7-day centralized isolation + 7-day home isolation” measure will be implemented for inbound personnel, that is, a 7-day home monitoring after isolation is cancelled.
从上海入境返回江苏的隔离要求则变成“3+4+7”，即在上海集中隔离3天+转运至江苏集中隔离4天+7天居家隔离。
Those who enter Jiangsu from Shanghai will adopt the "3+4+7" policy, that is, 3-day centralized isolation in Shanghai + transfer to Jiangsu for 4-day centralized isolation + 7-day home isolation.
