Relocation is not a rare thing during the development process of a company. Some companies might change the address due to business needs or scale expansion, and some are to enjoy preferential policies. However, it is not a thing as easy as that you find a new office and then you can move the company there. More importantly, you shall go the authority to report the change of address, otherwise, the relocation will be forced to stop, and the company will even be fined.
Apply for moving in to the new registration organ.

Apply for moving out to the original registration organ.
The original registration organ shall transfer the registration files of the company to the new registration organ.
Go to the new registration organ to process the changes of the company.
Obtain a new business license.
Change the place of tax registration. That is to say, you shall finish the unsettled tax matters, pay and cancel invoices and tax control records in the moving-out district, and after approval, do tax registration at the tax bureau of the place of moving in and re-sign the tax withholding agreement.
Contact the issuing bank for changing the address of bank account of the company.
Units that employ foreign employees should report the change of address at the Service System for Foreigners working in China and the public security authority as soon as possible.
Other licenses, if any, such as food business licenses, import and export licenses, etc., shall also be changed as soon as possible after completing the relocation procedures.
